Our superior quality products means that we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not we don't believe you should be out of pocket so will also refund your delivery cost. This returns offer is available to our Irish customers only.

• On receiving your order, should you wish to return your purchase, you have 7 days to notify us of your intent to return the order to us.
• TheMobilityShop.ie must be notified of your wish to return via email or the contact us page on our website.
• For our customers in Ireland we will arrange for a courier to collect the purchase on a day our your choice.
• A copy of the original order must accompany the product to identify the order, along with the issued returns code for identification to allow us to process your return in a timely mannor.
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.
• For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges for personal items such as - Commodes, Toilet seats and frames, dressing aids, Underwear, gloves, etc.

Fair usage of returns policy:

In order to deliver on our free courier returns policy please note that whole orders must be returned, items must still have their packaging and be in an un-used condition. We do not operate a try before you buy service, by that we mean unfortunately cannot ship out a large selection of products for customers to try before they decide which item you would like to keep. Therefore our return's policy is subject to the full order being returned, partial orders may still be returned however the customer must arrange for the return at their cost.
