HOW TO USE?

STEP 1: PUT ON A SOCK OR STOCKING

First, place the stocking or sock in its corresponding rail. Using the included non-slip gloves, slide the stocking or sock down until the base of the heel is at the top of the shoehorn. IMPORTANT: To correctly insert the compression stocking, you will need to apply force to push it all the way in.

STEP 2: INSERT YOUR FOOT

Insert the tip of your toe vertically and begin to slide it downwards.

STEP 3: RELEASE THE HEEL

Once your foot is fully inserted, to release your heel, push the handles forward , resting the front rubber tips on the ground.

STEP 4: PULL UP YOUR SOCK

Finally, raise the shoehorn until you have the garment correctly positioned.
