Express delivery is next working day on orders placed before 4pm on a working day, Price €9.99. There is a 94% success rate on delivering parcels within the specified time frame that you have selected, please be aware this is not a guaranteed delivery service so order a few days before you need an item if it is important. On the rare occasion an item cannot be located in our warehouse the order will be delayed. Orders placed during the weekend should be dispatched the following Monday.

Plus note there are no deliveries on weekend days or Bank Holidays Mondays, working days refer exclusively to Monday to Friday, (even if you happen to work weekends yourselves like we do).

Please always double check your delivery address is 100% correct as any incorrect information will cause a delay in the delivery.


All items on our website have delivery information on their page, some items depending on stock availability may have extended despatch times. These will be clearly indicated on each product. We keep 90% of our products in stock in Ireland and can be usually delivered next day once the order is placed before 4pm on a workday. Orders placed on Friday before 4pm will be delivered on the following Monday. Items that sell less frequently may have longer delivery times. These items are bought in from our suppliers directly for your order once placed. Parcels are usually delivered via DPD or for international deliveries DHL, however on occasions this may change. Substantially larger products such as riser recliners & mobility scooters may be delivered by our own delivery drivers or engineers.

For packages outside Europe, please contact us to get a shipping total. We would like to make our customers outside Europe aware that they may be subject to certain customs and import taxes.

Please note that delivery cost may vary from prices stated above, due to the weight of some of the products available on our site, such as wheelchairs, rollators, scooters, wheelchair ramps and furniture. A member of our customer service staff will contact you if an extra delivery cost applies to your order.

Packages must be signed for, if requested, to ensure we deliver them to the correct person and therefore we ask you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items during business hours. At checkout we have an option to specify a different delivery address, should you wish your package to go to your work place or neighbours. A valid phone number will also be needed, the reason for this is in case of the courier or our customer service need to contact you regarding your delivery. We respect your privacy and never share your personal information with anyone unless it is necessary to fulfill your order.

To ensure on time delivery a full and correct address must be provided. For Irish addresses this must match the Eircode database, if you are uncertain of this address please check the Eircode website. Where an address provided does not match the eircode address or is incomplete, parcels will be delayed while manually investigated and sorted by DPD couriers.

Delivery times are marked clearly on all products as an indicator. All orders will be delivered within 1 - 3 working days in Ireland, this includes addresses in Northern Ireland. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Europe, it will take 2-4 working days for delivery, on orders placed before 2.00pm.

Some items are not held in our Irish warehouse, but instead at the manufacturer's property and are delivered within 10-12 working days for all addresses in Ireland. For orders to the United Kingdom and Europe, delivery will make 12-14 working days from the day of ordering.

Following Brexit, UK orders will be subject to import duties and customs, this may cause delays with delivery.

Delivery times are marked clearly on all products as an indicator. Where multiple items are ordered with different dispatch or delivery times, orders may be delivered together when all items are available to ship together. If you require items sooner please contact us, additional shipment charges may apply. Should you have any queries about delivery times please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to facilitate you in any way we can. The Mobility Shop will use reasonable endeavors to meet delivery and/or performance estimates but in no circumstances shall it be liable to compensate the Customer for non-delivery, non-performance or late delivery. Time for delivery will not be of essence or form part of the contract.

If you do not receive your order within the designated delivery period, please contact us urgently by email within 15 days of the order being despatched to investigate with our delivery partners. If delivery can't be resolved we are happy to issue a replacement of your order within the 15 day period.
